The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings. Please keep these definitions in mind as you read.

• "Platform" — The 79db website (79db.lat) and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the 79db platform or is using the platform.
• "We" or "79db" — The organization operating this platform.
• "Account" — A personal user account registered on the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 79db platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
• If fraud is suspected, 79db reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 79db receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳24,000

6.2 Wagering Requirement

There are four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on gaming activity and platform contribution.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the system. 79db will not be responsible for bets that were not processed due to a technical error.

7.2 Game Results

All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Live casino game results are determined directly by the game provider (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). If a technical error is detected, the results of the affected round may be voided and the bet amount refunded.

7.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each market in sports betting. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded. All betting odds are subject to real-time changes, and the odds at the time the bet is finalized will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 79db platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account for the same person.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by 79db

79db may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If the user refuses to submit the required documents for identity verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Under the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

9.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Once verification is complete, any valid balance will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

79db always strives to provide safe and reliable service. However, 79db will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to internet disconnection or an issue with the user's device.

• In the event of an unexpected technical error or server outage (force majeure).
• If the user themselves shares their account information with a third party.

The maximum liability for any financial loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the actual deposit amount held in the user's account.
